Arrivals
The day begins at 10 am at 311 W. Walton. Check in at the front desk to grab your custom agenda and swag bag. Drop your belongings at your host's desk.
Dress
Business casual. Denim is okay!
Food & Beverage
We'll be providing morning coffee & pastries, lunch, and an afternoon cocktail hour with light snacks.
Photography
A photographer will be capturing highlights throughout the day. No need to prepare anything, just let your host know if you'd rather not be on camera.
Part-time Participants
If you will arrive late or need to leave early, please coordinate with your EA host.
Transportation/Parking
Agency EA's offices are located at 311 W. Walton St. The closest CTA stop is Chicago (purple and brown lines), just four blocks south of EA.
